The Wrestling Drill Book: 100 Technical and Tactical drills by Bill Welker Reivew

Wrestling is a huge sport that involves many people across the nation.  If you think marketers aren't going to take advantage of this your wrong! This is exactly why I am going to begin reviewing products such as books DVD's and workouts both free and that cost money in order to find the best for you.  As you probably know from my recent post on P90X I am already reviewing P90X; but I want to review products who's main focus is too make you a better wrestler which is why I want to review them for you.  Today I will be reviewing The Wrestling Drill Book (The Drill Book Series) by Bill Welker

In My opinion this books goal was to get into the head of a wrestler the muscle memory associated with wrestling this book taught a "just react" principle which I really liked.  Most of the time wrestlers listen to their coaches for the next move but if this is the case then they're already to late.

I think the author also tried to take on a coaches perspective in that in a few chapters it teaches how to apply it to the wrestling room instead of just saying do this.  Of course this has a disadvantage in that it makes it harder to read the book by yourself.

The book Also has several photo diagrams explaining every bit of the move and exercise and it is very easy to read.  This book also stood out to me as a great starter book even though it is good for advanced coaches.

I highly recommend this book for under $15.00 it is a great buy and well worth the money.  Have you read this book? Tell me what you thought about it!
