Starting p90X: going to review it

 As most of you know staying conditioned is one of the most important aspects of any sport especially wrestling.  In order to be able too be in the best shape you've ever been in you need some help.  Going to the gym isn't enough because you need a structured routine.  p90X is that routine I've already done a few of the workouts and they are all great.  I will be officially starting on Wednesday and reviewing workouts as well as giving tips.  Anyway from what I've checked out so far it's great. Also one of my friends bought it directly from Beach Body and claimed he spent a long time on the phone trying to figure out where his order was.  This is because Beach Body only has one or two shipping centers while Amazon has a ton.  Here's the link if you are interested.

Also from the workouts I've done this is my favorite workout so far.  It's fun and it gets you into shape.  You have to commit though so my team did it as a team.  Also with p90x comes a recovery drink that is "required" you can get that Here or you can do what I do and get a tub of Whey Protein Powder and mix it with Apple Juice using a 1:4 Powder:Juice Ratio.  This is the cheaper option.  Along with this p90x insists on you having supplements. Here it is; despite the price I find these to be high quality.  After the first 30-day supply I tried These and found they worked just as well despite being cheaper.  Well good luck and wish me luck with p90X.  Have you done P90X if so Leave a Comment and tell me what you thought!
